Refactor the ODFContentGenerator for synchronized metadata

      For now, a synchronized metadata is saxed as following:

      <degree>0001</degree>
<degree_remote>0002</degree_remote>
<degree_sync>true</degree_sync/>

      To simplify xsl, the generator should sax directly the value to use in <degree> (according the synchronization field)
