          Bug :
          1) Open dashboard "Formation" then dashboard "ELPs" by clicking on the corresponding buttons in the ribbon
          2) clic twice on the button "dashboard ELPs"
          Expected result : the dashboard ELPs is closed, then opened and displayed, with the focus
          Observed result : the dashboard ELPs is closed, then opened in background, without focus.
          3 ) clic twice on the button "dashboard ELPs"
          Expected result : the dashboard ELPs is closed, then opened and displayed, with the focus
          Observed result : the dashboard ELPs is closed, and cannot be reopened again without reloading the whole page. The button in the ribbon stay at the "On" status.
