[QUERIES-117] Add new request button in queries ribbon

I'm not sure... A "new" request can be a simple search (from several search tools including ref tables), and advanced search (from several search tools), a Solr search or a script and maybe I forget something.
With this logic, you should also have new "formatting" that also doesn't make any sense.
