[QUERIES-80] Store queries in a hierarchy

          1. No warning when moving queries which I'm not the owner or which are shared or public
          2. QUERIES-82 : A refresh button is missing.
          3. QUERIES-83 : A toggle button to show/hide empty directories is missing
          4. QUERIES-84 : Bug in the toggle button to show/hide queries which the user is not the owner is missing
          5. QUERIES-85 : A toggle button for administrators to show/hide queries on which they don't have explicit rights (except admin right) is missing
          6. If an administrator user try to move queries he doesn't owned, he have a message indicates he don't have rights for this. The query administrator should be able to suppress/move queries. The directory administrator should be able to suppress/add/move folders. Only a user with the both rights should be able to move directory and queries inside it if he isn't the owner.
          7. Options of request display should be moved to the ribbon most of the other tools except sitemap.
          8. The + decorator is visible even if we don't have any queries or directories inside, please use the empty or hasVisibleChildren (if it exists, a directory can be empty of queries but can have directories as children) attribute to determine if the selected element is a leaf or not. > We have the same behaviour in the ressources explorer, it seems that's it is a little bit complicated technically.
          9. What does this error message mean ?!
          10. QUERIES-86 : Unable to remove a folder with requests I doesn't owned, even if I have all rights.
          11. I'm able to create a folder with an existing name. > I have remove my custom_nodetypes,xml, it's not possible anymore.
          12. If multiple users are working on the queries directory and change its tree, several JS errors appears even if we close and reopen the tool. > Refresh button should arrange this problem. If strange errors occurs, the user have to refresh his tree.
          13. QUERIES-87 : Button to collapse the tree is missing.
          14. QUERIES-89 : Add a widget to select a query in the tree (useful for save and selection in extractions).

At least, we are able to click on delete the root folder even if it's impossible and we get an exception, but the button should be disabled.
