With the default repository.xml, two directories are created for versioning in WEB-INF/data/repository: "version" and "versions". The "version" directory contains the database and the "versions" directory contains blobs. I think these two directories should be merged. This can be done by changing "version" to "versions" near the end of repository.xml.
