Add an optional save parameter to copyTo method for CopiableAmetysObject

      A third method could be added to the CopiableAmetysObject interface with the following signature org.ametys.plugins.repository.CopiableAmetysObject.copyTo(ModifiableTraversableAmetysObject, String, List<String>, bool). The fourth parameter would indicate if a save if requested during the copy (true by default, to not impact current behavior).
