Currently, the repo does not depend on configuration but depends on the extension point Repository.

Tomorrow, we want the repo to have some configuration parameters (PM selection, location and parameters) => repository.xml have a ref to AmetysPM
Moreover the repository.xml is taken in the classpath but can be overriden in its current location (hop a new param file removed)

This implies:

• Repository is not safe anymore (all components, buttons and tools)
• in safe mode, _repository hack can be removed
• the repo maintenance buttons are moved to the admin, they are greyed in normal mode or if the conf is incomplete : You can only use them in safe-mode when conf is ok.
• we need to remove all hacks about tools having a new message bus to get geyed (see thibaut)

Ced already wrote and commited a AmetysPM prototype.
Additionnaly this class will need the following conf parameters
[ ] Use default derby persistance
Select a datasource (disabled when the preceding parameter is checked)
