Add a moveEntries method in the Repeater new API

      To set service parameters, when there are repeater entries, we remove all entries and add the new ones. (See ZoneItemManager._getAndSaveParameters)

      That's ok for now because we don't manage data types that can't be deleted (like binaries for example)

      In order to manage this kind of data types, we will have to add a moveEntries method in the Repeater API.

      The moveEntries should take a mapping of old/new positions.

      Use this method in ZoneItemManager
