Improve DataHolder#dataToSAX API to make it easier to add context

      There is several DataHolder#dataToSAX methods with differents argument. If a new argument has to be given, we will have to duplicate each existant method, this is a shame. 

      We should create a Context object to give to the method and have only one method #dataToSAX, or create a DataHolderSaxer with a builder
