Add the following features to the send mail helper :

• Add carbon copies recipient to the message (cc field)
• Add blind carbon copies recipient to the message (bcc field)
• Add the possibility to request a delivery receipt (Return-Receipt-To header)
• Add the possibility to request a read receipt (Disposition-Notification-To header)
