Grouping feature does not work correctly

      {name} and {renderedGroupValue} in groupHeaderTpl not working.

      • {renderedGroupValue} should be the rendered value of the groupField as produced by the column renderer, but it is empty
      • {name} is a alias for {renderedGroupValue} but show the value before render

      This is a 4.2 ExtJS issue http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthread.php?253236-renderedGroupValue-in-groupHeaderTpl-not-working, still not fixed in 4.2.3
