Tool drop zones are too small for empty zones

      Especially for big screen where one have to drag almost all screen to drop the tool

          I finally made what I wanted : droping over central tab header still drop in central

          After a few work on this, the underlying issue is that when left is invisble, dragging the first tool of central zone, will propose to drop it in left zone even if you move only of 1px

          I enlarge of a few px and I propose to drop this issue
