      It is not the purpose of this function !!

      We want to be redirect to back-office interface with the user credentials

          maybe the 3s delay was to avoid the "your are not connected anymore popup" taht can arrive if you have no admin rights with the new user

          We could try a 

          Ametys.shutdown("Impersonnification", "Your were disconnected and reconnected with the user 'toto")
document.location.href = ...

          Opening the main application is optionnal
          Reloading the admin is mandatory, since the user connected is not the same anymore !

          Moreover a 3sec delay to read the popup has been added here RUNTIME-2363... but I do not agree, it should be removed
