How to reproduce

• Open the administration space
• Open the user tool
• Select a user, edit it and cancel
• Select another user and edit it

The dialog box opens with the first user's data, and the field values are replaced with the selected user's data gradually.
This looks a bit weird, the dialog should be shown only when the data is initialized.
