The new user, new group and new profile dialog boxes all contain three points in the header.
In UX, the three dots (ellipsis) are used on menu items and dialog buttons to indicate that clicking on it will require additional information (generally by opening a dialog box with a form) before executing the action. Therefore, they should not be used in a dialog box title.
