In safe mode, bug with dialog boxes and notificator

      After having saved the configuration, and with another tool open, when i click 'delete data source button' the button labels are those of the configuration saving. In addition, my console shows :

      Which seems to have caused the dialog box bug.

          The notificator has an issue in safe mode. It is ok now so this should be fine (not tested)

          I don't know about the dialog box, but the part related to the notificator / notification tool should be fixed now.
