[Editor/Expert] HTML Expert popup buttons opens dialogs in background, in IE10

      If you open the dialog for the HTML Expert and you click on the buttons, they open a dialog, but in IE10, theses dialogs are behind the main dialog, instead of being in front of it, making them unusable.

          Cannot reproduce it either with extjs 6.5.3 but I'm using IE11 in mode IE10
          I let you reopen if you can still reproduce this

          This issue is directly frome ExtJS 6.0 (https://fiddle.sencha.com/#fiddle/1cjl)
          But testing ExtJS 6.2, this issue did disapear: let's wait!
