Test on datasources should more flexibles

      Currently you cannot go next with a wrong configuration.

      If the test is OK or KO, next should let the user go.
      If the test is Unknown or WARN, next should launch the test, display the error and stay on the current screen (BUT the user can push "next" again, and it will be fine since the state is now KO see rule #1)
