Start a new application in safe-mode
Log in basic as admin/admin
Fix your problem and restart
Go the the cms workspace => you are not asked to logged in but tell that you have no rights (that is normal as you are logged as admin/admin)

Possible solution:

• the "you have no rights" page should display current user info and a potentiel disconnect button
• when restarting, the admin should be logged out

In any ways we should consider not use basic for admin or implements it as Disconnectable (RUNTIME-1760)
