The misconfigured user directories or credential provider of a population can not be edited

      The misconfigured user directories or credential provider of a population are ignored and so they do not appear in dialog to edit a population.

      So it is impossible to fix a misconfigured user directory or credential provider. We need to recreate it from scratch
