This occurs in a specific case :

• I have a population with only one but misconfigured credential provider
• I edit teh population
• In dialog box, the repeater for crential providers appears with none entry (this is the problem)
• I can validate the dialog box without error

I think the repeater is not configured with a min size of 1 ?
