How to reproduce

• install M4
• configure your back-office
• create a site
• click to add users
• create a new population on MySQL
• add the user
• click on the button to set the manager of the site
• 1st problem : the pop-up is displayed but the screen is locked
• after F5, an error is available that explain that the table is not automatically created

*So there are two problems :

• the table is not created automatically on MySQL, I expect an automatic creation
• in case of error, the pop-up lock the screen, I expect at least an error
