Currently the cache depend on the file URI and the last modify of all its dependencies.
But a dependency can change without the URI changing, meaning without the last modify changing (e.g. dynamic protocols, such as "theme://", serving different resources based on the context).
To reflect that, the cache key should include all the sources real URI.
