Both jdbc and ldap users managers use a cache, and when those databases are modified from an external application, the cache has to be invalidated. Since we cannot know whenever a modification has occurred on a database, we need a periodic invalidation + the possibility to invalidate immediately (new schedulable + addition of a button in the admin workspace)
