Unable to initialize the theme environment under Ubuntu

      For 2 reasons :

      • if getting passed the first issue, we have : initialize-environment.xml:72: javax.script.ScriptException: sun.org.mozilla.javascript.internal.EcmaError: ReferenceError: "load" is not defined. (<Unknown source>#8) in <Unknown source> at line number 8.
        Solution -> run the script with a java 8 JRE.
