This can be used to store:

• the user's locale
• the user's timezone
• miscanellous preference

These preferences are modifiable by the user whereas user's attributes are only modifiable by an administrator.

We can provide the storage layer and a default ui layer (but this needs to be tuned by the application for having the same skin).
