When the cursor is on a clickable area, the cursor should become a pointer

      How to reproduce :
      On a configuration screen, put the cursor over header blocks, the cursor does not change.
      That make me to think I can click here to deselect de input focus without consequence. It is not user friendly.

          Now we only collapse on the arrow icon (that have a correct cursor) to avoid the clicks by error
