How to reproduce :

On administration tab, click on access button.
Add a new access
Then, delete the access you have just added
A window appears to confirm you whant delete it, click on ok
The window, disapears, but the supposed deleted item is still displayed.

Close the access panel and open it again : the item has actually been deleted.
