we have now lots of JS with package and complex structure
we can not separate the into 2 dirs anywmore (resources and resources_dynamic)

we should use files with extension XXX.i18n.js in the resources dirs
the build has to be modified also to create jars

how to make apache not serving the .i18n.js directly (because now they will exists)
