[RUNTIME-2650] Need to empty cache after modifications on population to use it for user creation

Create a population with only one user directory.
Add users to this population => OK
Update the population to add a new user directory Add names to your user directories.
Try to add a user to the population : in user directory select box, only the first user directory is suggested, without its name => KO
Restart Ametys
Try to add a user to the population : in user directory select box, both user directories are suggested, with their names => OK
