Negative right on create page masks the button

      If a user has negative rights to disable page creation action on a page, then this user has not the button on the other pages.

          No PR for the moment, I'm not satisfied about the fix regarding the needed changes in the Unit Tests. We need to think about it.
          (see commit viw of AbstractProfileAssignmentStorageTestCase.java, lines 162 and 166 were commented with a FIXME)
