Add configuration of an enumerator to the widget

      When a widget use an enumerator, it receives the enumeration values in enumeration configuration parameter.

      Add the configuration of the enumerator into a enumerationConfig configuration parameter.

            • toJSON and getConfiguration() are redundant
            • saxConfiguration should be removed

          ParameterHelper.toJSON( is not use by many classes which return parameters as JSON. It should be.
