When editing a long configuration on IE7, there is a vertical scrollbar whouououou ; but also an horizontal one irkkkkk.
The horizontal one is there to scroll under the vertical one : the interest is limited.

Moreover when using the summary, the horizontal scroll go the right : the text is so truncated
