Help for script tool should be opened in another tool instead of tooltip

      The tooltip is too limiting :

      • we cannot do copy/paste
      • it disappears
      • we cannot write a long description with simple of code
      • when scrolling into script, it is no more accessible

      The help should be accessible in ScriptTool into a collapsible panel, or into a another tool accessible from ribbon.
