When we open a tool (or check if it's open and open it if necessary), the focus is automatically give to the opened tool. Don't force every time the focus on opening a tool !

Sometimes, it's useless and unoptimized to do this.

For example, I launch an operation that open the log tool. But the log tool is automatically focused, then I lose my current ribbon. I have to switch again to come back to my previous ribbon, with the rights calculation, it can be long.... I wan't the log tool to be passive.
