In RUNTIME-2880 a new API was implemented to help track the modifications of a source.
This code is already used in many places in Ametys, always copied and not always maintained.
All parts of the code that track the modification of a file should now use this API.
This ticket is to find them, others tickets (linked to this one) will have to be created.
