In preview (or live) a update of a css file is not take into account

      I edit a css file of the skin. In preview mode, the modification is ignored in minimized css files.
      The uri of my file is /preview/skins/demo/resources/css/XXXX.css

          two issues : the lastmodified is to 0 because the the url is /preview/skins/*** and second issue, that's the sass that takes the lead instead of the css extension
