[Widget combobox] Cannot configure query mode in local when using a proxy store

      Since RUNTIME-2659, the ExtJS config for queryMode is overriden (and so ignored) in DefaultWidgets.js:150 and DefaultWidgets.js:160.
      As a result, I cannot define an edition.combobox widget with a proxyStore and queryMode to local
