Relative path in SCSS does not work anymore

      CSS rule such as

      background-image: url('../img/icon/Info-blue.svg');

      generates a 404

      The context path appears twice is the url :
      http://localhost:9026/cms/cms/skins/doc/resources/img/icon/Info-blue.svg
