Warning message with several tools opened before application loading

      Today we load all tools (or tabs) and the application is slow.

      It will be best to ask the user on application loading.

      "We have a lot of opened tools. These number of tools could slow down the application. Do you want ?

      • retrieve these tools
      • close these tools"

      It will be good to use a configuration parameter to adjust the number of tabs.
