UploadManager for asynchronous file upload

      UploadManager API for uploading files asynchronously.
      An id and an URI are returned on successful upload.

      Default implementation is FileSystem based using the following path:
      /WEB-INF/data/uploads-user/login/eb76d848-3f80-4332-b077-978e40d05919/image.png

      A TimerTask is triggered every day to remove one day old uploaded files.
