How to reproduce

• In a service or a content type
  • Create a data with disable condition
  • In a view, put this data in a fieldset
• Display a form to parameterize the service or edit a content of your type
• Play with the conditions of your data in order to disable the data
• The fieldset still appears but is empty => KO
