Because the front-office is not restarted every night so the cache is not cleared

[RUNTIME-3550] It would be interesting to add an automatic scheduled task that clear the LDAP cache every night

This is finally a standard schedulable to remove only one cache.

Maybe we should have a schedulable to remove a list of caches (or at least select the cache you want to remove) instead of having a task for this specific task, no ?

Several ways to fix this :
          1) Add a delay to the users'cache (24h for example)
2.a) Add a schedulable to remove on or more cache and let the admin add it choose the frequency
2.b) Add a schedulable to remove on or more cache and force via config it use
          3) Create a script to delete users'cache and gave it to admin and let them schedule it
