AddTaskButtonController: Make LogTool disabling on launching a task

      Currently, when using AddTaskButtonController, even if you have defined no log categories, the log tool is opened on launching a task, but for some tasks, we don't wan't this behaviour.

      Keep this behaviour by default but make the ability to disable it.
