Config errors on startup are not translated

      On starting my application, the error message is not translated if I have an error on configuration parameters:

      Category:	org.ametys.runtime.config.ConfigManager
Message:		The parameter 'plugin.mobileapp.home.webview' is not valid with value 'test' :
* plugin.core-ui:PLUGINS_CORE_UI_DEFAULT_VALIDATOR_PATTERN_FAILED
Configuration is not initialized
