Sort on null date or long into scheduler tool

      If we have some null last execution date, it can causes problems on ordering tasks.

      Steps to reproduce
      With ODF Web demo :

      • Open the administration
      • Open the scheduler tool
      • Sort by name
      • Then sort by last execution date => Active tasks are not correctly ordered
      • Also play with the sort of last duration (I have one or two with 0ms) then sort again with last execution date => Some tasks leave the active group
