display right's category in the rights widget

      We have multiple rights with the same label but in different category. Not having the category displayed makes it impossible to know which item is which.

      As the widget is always sorted alphabeticaly, the proposed implementation is to regroup by category (sorted alphabeticaly). Making "section" like in the gallery for examples
