Unable to load captcha in maintenance mode

      Load CMS in maintenance mode (default mode with incomplete configuration)

      try 3 times to login with admin user but you are a loser and cannot type correct password

      Then you have got a captcha, but image is not loaded in cause of maintenance mode 

      URL _admin/plugins/core-impl/captcha/core-impl/jcaptcha/DYNAMIC-16950455102150 means to 503 error
