Refactor header labels for repeaters

       - Find a way to handle boolean values (not true/false)

       - When displayed in a grid, labels should not end with "(1) "

       - maybe allow more advanced form like {{<header-label>{label - }

      {"Coeff." coef - }

      {nature}</header-label>}}

          Revue fonctionnelle

          • OK pour les header label dans une grille
          • par contre les règles du type `{mydate:date(d/M/y)}` ou `{myboolean:pick("Oui", "Non")` ne fonctionnent pas (restent vide)

          Par exemple:

          <header-label>{label} {nature} (Coef. {coefficient}) le {date1:date("F j, Y")} - {reportSession2:pick("Reporté", "Non reporté")}</header-label>
