Since RUNTIME-3840, dataToSAX and dataToJSON have specific behavior for enumerated data. This is OK for most of data types (the main ones)

But there are still some types that are not consistent. Mostly types that do not have concrete cases of enumerated data (geocode, users, multilingual-string, ...)

This being said, it would be nice to make the behavior coherent for all types, and to add unit tests for all of them too
